About the role

We are currently seeking friendly and outgoing customer service representatives to join our growing team at Domino’s Pizza. As a customer service rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them place orders, answering their questions, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers placing orders
• Answer customer questions and provide information
• Operate equipment and perform various tasks in the store
• Manage cash and handle basic math transactions

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math and cash management skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work hard
