Crew Manager

About the role

Crew Managers at White Castle are responsible for organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage schedules
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
• Serve as a leader and motivator for the team
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Work the cash register and drive-thru
• Prepare orders and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Operate the fryer and griddle

Requirements

• Previous food service or management experience
• Caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Pay
