Crew Manager

About the role

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Ideal candidates have previous food service or management experience and possess caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts
• Handle cash
• Manage inventory
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate and lead the team
• Work the cash register and drive-thru
• Prepare orders
• Maintain sanitation
• Work the fryer/griddle and more

Requirements

Team members must be able to work flexible hours and be available during peak times. Previous food service or management experience is required, along with a strong ability to handle cash transactions and manage inventory.

Qualifications

Crew Managers should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and team success.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay
