About the role

White Castle is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers with prior food‑service or management experience. As a Crew Manager you will lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize employee shifts and schedules
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate, train, and lead team members
• Operate the drive‑thru window
• Prepare food orders, including working the fryer and griddle
• Maintain sanitation and food‑safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
• Strong leadership, caring, responsible, and trustworthy attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Commitment to team member safety and a healthy workplace

Pay

Competitive weekly pay ranging from $18.65 to $24.00 per hour, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
