About the Role
This position is available at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate company and employer, and McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Qualifications

Pay
- Crew: $15-$16.50
- Maintenance: $15-$19
- Manager: $16.50-$25.00
Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
