About the role

Responsible for leading teams in industrial maintenance tasks. Oversee equipment operation and repair, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of technicians in performing maintenance tasks on industrial machinery.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of maintenance projects to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Train new employees and assist in developing their skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
