Crew Leader - Sealcoating

About the role

Crew Leaders are responsible for overseeing and managing teams of workers during sealcoating projects. They ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance as needed
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients and other crew leaders
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and health and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in outdoor construction or maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with sealcoating equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
