Crew Leader - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew, ensuring all crew members have the required safety material, training, and tools.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Cookordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs, adhering to the Company's Safety Policy and ensuring public safety.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
• Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”).
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus.
