Responsibilities
- Professionally represent U.S. Lawns at all times.
- Respond to client needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, responsive, and flexible attitude with all clients.
- Inspect sites and advise clients of potential liabilities.
- Assign tasks to crew members and ensure work is completed properly.
- Train crew members to perform jobs effectively.
- Communicate training in English and/or Spanish.
- Evaluate crew performance.
- Maintain and promote safe working conditions in the field.
- Follow company procedures on discipline if safety rules are broken.
- Conduct and document weekly safety tailgate meetings with the crew.
- Accountable for neglect and abuse of assigned equipment.
- Maintain all jobs to bid specifications.
- Maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain a prioritized punch list to aid in scheduling.
- Monitor all irrigation controllers.
- Read and write proficiently.
- Possess a valid State driver’s license appropriate for assigned vehicles; driving record must meet company and State requirements.

- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
