Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations across project sites to ensure tasks finish on time and within budget.
• Guide and support crew members, encouraging strong safety practices and efficient workflow on-site.
• Coordinate on-site labor and material execution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Enforce quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional workmanship on every job.
• Address real-time site challenges proactively to prevent downtime and preserve project schedules.
• Serve as the key field point of contact, ensuring clear communication with operations leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience leading a multi-man crew.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of general construction processes and site workflows.
• Proven ability to guide crews effectively to meet project targets safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to various field operations within the regional footprint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep field projects moving smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related work experience in construction or spray foam operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver license.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Pay

Weekly pay cycle with hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Performance-based bonus opportunities to reward high-quality, efficient execution. Overtime potential during peak operating windows.
