Job Summary This position directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Night Manager during assigned shifts. The Crew Leader is responsible for store operations by opening and closing the store when scheduled, protecting store property and funds, and monitoring employee performance during assigned shifts. Responsibilities Responsible for opening and closing the store according to established proceduresDirects and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team membersCommunicates with customers in a friendly and courteous mannerResolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refundsConducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills. Qualifications Must be 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredComprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team membersPrevious training / supervisory experience a plusAbility to regularly lift 50lbsMust be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
