About the role

We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our dynamic team at Mister Car Wash. With new stores in development, we offer growth opportunities for every team member.

Responsibilities

• Complete Mister’s Crew Leadership Program to learn leadership skills.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance.
• Take responsibility for an area of the wash, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and focus on customer service.
• Work closely with management to coordinate daily staffing needs.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to adapt, change, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Acknowledge attention to detail and pride in work.
• The flexibility to work a varying schedule, including some nights and weekends.
• A high energy level and interest in being active outdoors in various conditions.
• Completion of Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA certifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
