Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance.
- Monitor and report progress and issues to management.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions
- Work requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs.
- Physical requirements include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing (i.e., lawnmower or backpack blower).
- This position works outdoors in various weather conditions.
- The noise level at the job site may be loud when operating certain equipment, such as a lawnmower or backpack blower.
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.
