Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients on the job
• Be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone throughout the day, especially clients
• Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefits to them prior to giving an estimate
• SAFELY operate the junk truck at all times
• Perform daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
• Make logistical decisions (when to dispose, how to complete a job, when to leave Wingman behind, how to market during downtime)
• Lead team by example, showing them the core values of the company
• Complete Daily Checklists
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Qualifications

• Class E drivers license and safe driver
• Ability to run a team of workers
• Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented personality
