About the Role

As directed by the supervisor, the leader oversees the crew’s activities to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and product quality, in addition to the responsibilities of their specific production position.

Responsibilities

• Direct team for maximum productivity.
• Verify integrity of truss set-up and QA tags.
• Provide partial job direction to stackers.
• Ensure efficient material utilization.
• Train and develop future crew leaders.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write in their primary language.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to read or learn to read a shop drawing.
• Basic math skills.
