We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Overview: description of company, brands, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have "Overview" describing company and mission. That could go under "About the role" (or maybe "About the company"). We'll put under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then "Job Description" with many details: responsibilities. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then "Job Location and Tier" maybe not needed as heading; could be part of About the role? But we have no specific heading for location; we could include in About the role paragraph. "Supervisor" maybe not needed. "Time Commitment" could be under Schedule? Actually schedule is about hours, days. We have Time Commitment: expected 20-30 hrs per week, flexible availability, priority around opening shifts, must work days, nights, weekends, full open availability required on Saturdays. That's schedule info. So we can put under

    Schedule

. "Compensation And Benefits": includes base rate $10.00 - $11.50/hour plus tip pool, benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: base rate. Benefits: list. Thus we will have

    Pay

with paragraph about base rate and tip pool.

    Benefits

with ul list. Then "Application Requirements": includes requirements (age, education, experience, leadership, etc.) plus physical requirements, etc. This maps to Requirements and Qualifications and Skills maybe. We need to decide. We have Requirements: must be at least 21, HS diploma/GED, 3 years experience, leadership experience, etc. Also physical requirements: lift >50 lbs, climb stairs, stand/walk, etc. Also willingness to learn activations, etc. Also must complete Responsible Beverage Server Course, obtain Class B Manager's License, etc. Also must be able to operate POS, hold axe, use power tools, ladder, transportation, cell phone, read handbook. We also have "A Successful Crew Lead Is" describing traits: energetic, friendly, confident, guest-focused, detail-oriented, skilled motivator, delegator, team player, self-starter. That's Skills or Qualifications. We also have D.R.I.V.E. pillars: Demonstrate expertise, Rally the team, Identify opportunities, Value every person, Exceed expectations. That could be Qualifications or Skills. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to avoid duplication. We'll create sections: - About the role: overview paragraph(s) about company, mission, brands, culture. - Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Description (including both primary expectations and general responsibilities). We'll combine into a single ul. - Requirements: mandatory criteria (age, education, experience, leadership, physical requirements, certifications, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe the "Successful Crew Lead Is" traits and D.R.I.V.E. pillars. - Skills: maybe specific skills like bartending experience, POS operation, axe handling, power tools, ladder, microphone, facilitating children activities, etc. But we might combine with Qualifications. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (including skills and traits), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those specific names if content exists. We can omit sections if no content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. We must not include Skills if we merge into Qualifications. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. About the role: include overview paragraph(s) about Milwaukee-based Bars & Recreation, brands list, description of each brand, mission, guest experience, culture, etc. We'll write a concise paragraph but preserve all info: we must not summarize away detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That means we cannot omit details like brand names, descriptions. We need to include all that info. However we can combine into paragraphs but must not lose any detail. So we need to include all brand names and their descriptions. That's a lot. We'll need to include them in the About the role section. Let's list: - Amped: private suite karaoke and event space, perfect for creative meetings and special events. - AXE MKE: controlled environment for guests to enjoy competitive axe throwing. - Game Show MKE: live hosted experience featuring stage show games like The Feud, 20 Second Challenge, Pop Goes the Lyric, and more. - Nine Below: fun, team-oriented twist on indoor miniature golf. - NorthSouth Club: home to Wisconsin's first full-size deck shuffleboard facility, complete with 16 axe throwing lanes. - Splash Studio: premier “wine & paint” concept in Wisconsin – with a full bar and a great vibe. - The New Fashioned: family friendly activities like Hyperbowling, curling, and dartball in the heart of Milwaukee’s downtown Deer District. - Slingshot Bar: world’s first indoor slingshot arena paired with a full bar. Located in West Allis, Wisconsin. Also mention guests come for memorable immersive experiences, to celebrate life events or spend time with friends, family, colleagues. Reservations online or custom events with Sales Team. Each brand maintains distinct voice, target audience, atmosphere, while operations centrally managed under Bars & Rec. Prioritize delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering continuous improvement, promoting collaborative, team-driven culture. As rapidly growing company, seek professionals energetic, hardworking, positive, committed to taking care of each other and guests. We'll include all that.
