Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and pitch in to help fellow crew and customers
• Be willing to learn and be part of something good
• Take initiative to correct issues when something doesn't seem right
• Stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
