About the role

Looking for outgoing people who like to work as a team, in a fast pace environment! Looking for some early birds to bring the joy to Gator Nation!

Responsibilities

• General customer service.
• Running front of house as a team, or individually.
• Must be comfortable running a cash register and assisting in food prep (bagels and cream cheese).
• Front lobby maintenance.
• Inventory counts.
• Providing assistance to the bakers when needed.
• Clean and disinfect work area; set-up and break-down work station; and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Prepping and baking bagels.
• Making all dough mixtures in a timely manner using correct procedures.
• Understand rotation and shelf life of raw dough.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in a sometimes fast paced bakery focused on baking bagels and serving smiles.
• A strong understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service to customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly and efficiently under pressure.
