Crew/Floor Leader 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

About the role

Quad is seeking a Full-Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Crew Leader/Floor Supervisor at our Waukesha, Wisconsin Commingle Center. This position is responsible for creating a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation led by verbal and non-verbal communication with employees.

Responsibilities

• Create a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation through verbal and non-verbal communication with employees

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts
• Ability to work a split shift with Sunday and Wednesday off
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement
• Ability to receive and follow instructions
• Ability to use vision to identify defects in the product
• Good verbal and written comprehension
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership position is preferred
• Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery)
• Ability to perform basic math calculations

Pay

The wage range is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
