Qualifications

• Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration
• High School diploma/GED
• Effective oral communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads and laptops once trained
• Advanced IICRC certifications (will be offered but candidates already having them will be a plus)

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
