Responsibilities

• Ensure proper inventory and equipment are loaded in the work vehicle
• Set up, implement, and monitor all required equipment
• Adhere to and enforce company standards in setting up reliable containment, removing and packing of all recoverable materials, cleaning up any debris, and performing any other mitigation and remediation efforts
• Avoid adoption of improper methods
• Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks while providing supervision and quality control over all technicians
• Provide coaching and training to all technician level team members while on the job, escalate any repetitive issues to management
• Provide upkeep on all vehicles and equipment appearance
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
• Photograph and document daily tasks using our internal systems
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, and mold) is preferred
• IICRC accreditations for fire & smoke, water damage, and microbial remediation is preferred
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• Ability to work with people in a professional manner
• Maintains a valid and current driver’s license
• Availability for travel in response to out of town projects and/or catastrophic events
