Crew Chief

About the role

Join our team as a Grocery Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night. Your mission is to supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. You'll train new team members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of grocery clerks during overnight shifts
• Oversee stocking shelves and unloading delivery trucks
• Maintain organized and clean store conditions
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to store policies
• Monitor inventory and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM or 12 AM–8 AM)
• Ability to lift heavy items
