Scope

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour.

Full-time employees receive health insurance!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business.
• Help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Keep our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials.
• Provide clear and comprehensive information to ensure all employees have a complete understanding of food preparation and service, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences.
• Support the development and growth of our team members by conducting orientation and training for new employees, and providing refresher training to current employees when needed.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high standards of service.
• Maintain efficiency and attention to detail by monitoring and reviewing time cards daily, making necessary adjustments to schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimizing overtime.
• Enforce portion control measures as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures Manuals, and maintain strict security protocols while checking deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Perform administrative procedures such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and read English
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!
