Job Description Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questionsMonitor, explain, and respond to customer needs/concerns.Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activitiesPerform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workerManage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project detailsManage and control costs of production projects SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
