Drift is a cafe founded on the principle of stripping back the unnecessary. We serve fresh, holistic foods and beverages while offering an interactive experience, driving connections between one another. Cooks ensure our kitchen is set up for success with fresh, ready-to-use ingredients. There is also plenty of opportunity for cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Prep all items according to prep sheet
• Assist in cleaning, storing and organizing deliveries
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Autonomously open and close shifts
• Adhere to all TCHP and Health Department requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of prior food service work
• Means of transportation
• Weekend availability

• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
