Creve Coeur Area Dog Walker / Pet Sitter

About the role

We are expanding our team and currently hiring additional part-time, flexible Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers. This includes the following zip codes: 63017, 63146 and 63141, 63132, 63124, and 63131. Due to the intense driving and variable schedule we ask our flexible staff to live in the area they service. Applicants will be considered if they live within one of the above zip codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to animals (mainly dogs and cats) including walking, feeding and other tasks as needed.
• Communicate with the central office.
• Continuing education provided.
• Provide client communications, education, and follow-up.
• Participate as a team member with company events/programs.

Requirements

• Pet Care Experience - general knowledge of multiple species
• Must have the ability to work with all breeds and sizes
• Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds and walk at a brisk pace for 30 min at a time, multiple times a day
• Have your own functional and reliable transportation
• Have a newer smartphone (iOS 9 or newer and Android 4.1 or newer) and a home computer with internet access
