About the role
As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing credit risk models, monitoring credit risk metrics, and providing insights to mitigate risks. You will work closely with the credit risk management team to ensure that credit policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Analyze credit risk models and metrics to identify trends and patterns
- Monitor and report on credit risk metrics to senior management
- Provide recommendations to improve credit risk management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain credit risk policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to credit risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in credit risk analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Excel, R, Python)
- Experience with credit risk modeling and credit scoring techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
