Credit Representative

Summary

The Credit Representative is responsible for collecting accounts receivable through collection calls and correspondence in an automated environment. Candidates who reside outside commuting distance of our Huntington Beach office may be eligible for remote work. Candidates who reside within commuting distance are expected to work onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Problem solves and negotiates payment plans.
• Reviews, analyzes, and assists with the approval of customer credit.
• Reviews credit hold orders and determines appropriate action within standard credit department procedures.
• Researches and documents problems and solutions.
• Regularly evaluates customer financial data and payment history to evaluate credit exposure.
• Solves grievances between Sales Representatives and customers.
