Responsibilities
- Manages the credit function for a branch or a network of branches within a market.
- Executes credit strategy at the local level.
- Regular branch visitation to ensure alignment with sales leadership objectives.
- Builds customer relationships by spending time in front of customers and in the branch/branches.
- Manages and leads credit associates in their respective branches, drives a customer first focus and supports a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Covers and develops Credit Managers/Credit Specialists reporting into them.
