It is currently in a growth phase, supporting expansion in its operations.Role Summary The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing a large portfolio of accounts receivable, focusing on collections for B2B clients. This role involves communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding payments and ensure smooth cash flow. The position requires handling data within a robust ERP system and contributing to the larger financial team efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a large portfolio of accounts receivable and perform collections activities for B2B clients.Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.Record and update collection efforts within the company’s ERP system.Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and client interactions.Meet collection targets and deadlines to support the organization’s cash flow objectives.Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes and reduce outstanding balances.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during all collection activities.Key RequirementsProven experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable management.Familiarity with large ERP systems and financial software.Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.Ability to handle a large volume of accounts with attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Availability to interview this week and start on 10/19.Ability to work on-site five days a week at the Atlanta location.The organization is eager to fill these roles promptly.
