Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the credit risk for all customers and establish credit conditions.
  • Analyze overall credit exposure.
  • Manage all orders on hold and customer accounts reaching or exceeding their credit limit.
  • Perform all debt collection activities required.
  • Coordinate reactive and proactive credit control.
  • Identify the root cause of issues negatively impacting the debt collection process.
  • Escalate any issues and execute strategies to recover unpaid amounts.
  • Perform administrative and analytical assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (Required).
  • 0-3 years of experience in credit & collections, accounting, or a related field (Required).
  • Customer service focus to build and enhance positive relationships within the organization and with external parties.
  • Ability to deal with conflict effectively and challenge the business when necessary.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and mathematical concepts, with the ability to perform related analyses, including financial statement analysis.
