Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain patron information in pertinent casino systems
- Obtain and process patrons gaming report & consumer credit reports
- Verify and process banking information from various banking institutions; verify cashier’s checks/official checks/bank drafts
- Communicate effectively with patrons, casino marketing teams, casino cage staff, collections staff, and other gaming establishments
- Answer multiple phone lines while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Maintain accurate filing of marker limit applications and any related documents
- Process any marker limit correspondence
- Maintain awareness of suspicious activities to prevent and identify potential fraudulent actions
- Aid team members, supervisors and upper management in daily duties
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior relevant experience in customer service (preferred)
- Variety of shift work including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills
Customer service experience preferred.
