Credit and Collections Specialist
About the role
The role of the Credit & Collections Admin is to contribute by developing, maintaining, and supporting local Credit Department processes and in meeting the company's goals and performance expectations. This position identifies opportunities for process improvement and maintaining user documentation. Prompt handling of credit related processes and assisting in facilitation of process change.
What You'll Do
- Participate as a team member in a collaborative environment within a diverse workforce.
- Respond to vendor requests for trade information.
- Review DNB as part of the approval process to determine credit worthiness.
- Verify credit application information with customers and set up credit accounts.
- Actively contribute to completion of team goals and assigned tasks.
- Clearly communicate information, ideas, or instructions verbally or in writing.
- Additional duties, as needed.

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience, required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Ability to handle large volume of work and multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-manage
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferred
- SAP experience, preferred
- Microsoft Office, preferred
- Bilingual, preferred
