COMPANY INFO:

We're partnering with a well-established building materials supplier serving contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Alaska. Known for our commitment to quality and customer service, we are now seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of invoices
  • Manage credit risk assessments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and overdue accounts
  • Prepare reports on collections activity and trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and improve payment processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit/accounts receivable management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
