COMPANY INFO:
We're partnering with a well-established building materials supplier serving contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Alaska. Known for our commitment to quality and customer service, we are now seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of invoices
- Manage credit risk assessments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers regarding payment terms and overdue accounts
- Prepare reports on collections activity and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and improve payment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in credit/accounts receivable management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
