Credit Analyst, Senior (NJUS)
About the role
As a Credit Analyst, Senior at NetJets, you will support the credit evaluation and underwriting processes for new and existing Owners across our global portfolio. The Credit Analyst, Senior will utilize NetJets' resources, personal experience, and knowledge of standard industry credit practices to analyze financial information, assess ownership risk, and provide clear recommendations that uphold the financial strength of our programs while contributing to a premium Owner experience.
The Credit Analyst, Senior embodies the 20/20 Flight Plan (NetJets' Guiding Principles) by providing outstanding service to enhance the Ownership Experience while conducting credit matters and business relationships to the highest standards, compliant with NetJets' Code of Ethics.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Owner Due Diligence
- Perform Know Your Owner due diligence, identity verification, background checks, and credit risk assessments for individuals and corporate ownership entities.
- Aid in making credit decisions based on NetJets Revenue and Credit policies, and in accordance with standard credit practices.
- Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for prospective and existing Owners seeking lending for NetJets fractional share purchases, renewals, and upgrades.
- Analyze and evaluate credit reports, tax returns, audited statements, and unique ownership structures such as trusts, partnerships, and family offices.
- Approve or reject credit applications based on NetJets’ protocols and standards and prepare credit write-ups with clear recommendations aligned to company policies and risk appetite.
- Credit Analysis & Underwriting Support
- Support ongoing monitoring of existing Owners, including periodic review of financial strength and payment behavior.
- Track and report early warning signs such as past due payments, cash flow concerns, or material changes to ownership structures.
- Identify potential risks and escalate concerns appropriately to senior credit leadership.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Sales Organization to support business growth while managing credit risk.
- Coordinate with the Revenue teams to help recognize and reduce aging accounts and increase cash flow.
- Suggest improvements to credit workflows, documentation standards, and evaluation practices.
- Support adoption of new tools, templates, and automation initiatives that enhance the underwriting process.
- Contribute to team knowledge by sharing analytical insights and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, cash flow summaries, and credit reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly for Credit, Revenue, and others in Finance leadership.
- Elevated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple evaluations in a demanding environment.
