Credit Analyst Intern

About the Role

The Credit Analyst Intern will gain an understanding of the Bank’s Commercial Credit Department, with a focus on financial spreading and the commercial loan process from beginning to end. This internship is designed to enhance the intern’s understanding of financial analysis and apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial spreads based on analysis of tax returns, management, and reviewed financial statements.
• Perform tasks related to annual loan reviews.
• Complete monthly reporting tasks.
• Assume additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• In process of receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and up-to-date skills using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to read to gain understanding.
• Ability to work independently.
