Credit Analyst II
About the role
Assist the SVP/Director of Commercial Lending and Commercial Loan Officers with the preparation of loan presentations, annual loan reviews, problem loan worksheets, and analytical evaluations. Prepare questions based on analytical review of financial information and may accompany Commercial Loan Officers on member business calls to gather pertinent information for the completion of reviews. Prepare risk rating worksheets, loan upgrades/downgrades, and assist the SVP/Director of Commercial Lending in assuring loan presentations, documentation, and file content is consistent and meets regulatory and credit union loan policy and procedural requirements. Request information from members, as needed, to assist in maintaining the integrity of legal and technical financial requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a financial institution-related position.
- 5+ years of experience in a business lending environment (preferred).
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
- Availability for local travel to conduct site visits as necessary.
- Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Plymouth Corporate Office location (exempt).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
