Job Overview
Search Solution Group is seeking a Credit Analyst II on behalf of our client, a financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform annual financial reviews for commercial lending relationships.
- Analyze and spread business tax returns, business financial statements, personal tax returns, and personal financial statements for new and existing credit relationships.
- Conduct credit monitoring activities, including:
- Financial statement analysis and review
- Borrowing base reviews
- Covenant compliance testing
- Marketable securities monitoring
- Leveraged lending monitoring
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial credit analysis, commercial lending, or related financial services experience preferred.
- Experience analyzing commercial financial statements and tax returns.
- Experience supporting underwriting and credit review processes.
- Experience working within a banking, credit union, or financial institution environment preferred.
