Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor credit activity.
- Conduct collections outreach and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and account discrepancies.
- Assess customer credit risk and provide recommendations to underwriting leadership.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting portfolio performance goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in commercial/B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record verification.
Hybrid schedule with the ability to work most of the week remotely after training.
