Requirements
- Ability to work on a full-time basis, Monday-Friday
- Develop and present credit information for use by lending officers or committees in making lending decisions on new loans and loan renewals
- Offer opinions and present facts regarding credit worthiness
- Prepare and analyze financial statement spreads and other related financial documents
- Create Loan Committee and Board presentations for loan approval
- Monitor files to assure up-to-date financial statements, accounts receivable, and other items are available
- Determine the need for more thorough investigation of additional information; contact appropriate sources for such information
- Identify loan exceptions and areas to improve the completeness of credit and collateral files
- Review developing problems and keep loan officers and management informed
- Research industry specific information from outside sources
- Monitor partial releases, remaining loan balance and collateral position for real estate development related loans
- Review and update all credit, loan and collateral files to ensure that information is current, reporting any difficulties to the loan officers
- Close loan renewals and assisting lenders with new loan closings
- Manage exception lists and request information from client or loan officer
- Assist and provide back-up support to the Business Bankers
- Review loan requests; order credit reports, requests for title and lien searches; ordering appraisals, surveys, and title insurance commitments
- Provide basic technical guidance to loan officers as needed
Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: Associate degree or post-secondary classes/degree, minimum 2 years’ experience in Analyst and/or business finance role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PREFERRED Education And Experience: Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
