Smile America Partners is the Nation’s Largest In-School Dental Program. For over 20 years, the organization has been changing children's lives one small‑smile at a time. They are seeking a self‑driven Credentialing Specialist to join their team in the Farmington Hills, MI office, supporting the credentialing department and helping provide dental care to children in need.

Responsibilities

• Database Management
• Collecting Information from Colleagues and Securing it within the database
• Ensuring Accuracy & Completeness Inside Database
• Reaching out to partner Organizations to Collect Information for Database
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Navigating Complex Phone systems of Government bureaucracies to obtain live agents
• Communicate Complicated Ideas through Email
• Explain Oneself Through Email to Groups of Colleagues and Partners
• Phone Communication with New Professionals Joining the Team
• Ability to Roam Outside of One’s Comfort Zone to Obtain Information from both Inside and Outside the Organization
• General Administrative skills: Mailings, logistics, and organizing files
• Identifying Department Priorities and Executing Most Pressing Concerns
