Role

We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This role involves verifying credentials, ensuring compliance, and supporting the credentialing process.

Where You’ll Work

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Irving, Texas. You will be in the office three days a week and remote two days a week. Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and process high volumes of credential verifications (around 2,500 per month)
• Carefully review applications, primary source verifications, licenses, and certifications
• Organize workflow independently to balance speed and precision
• Validate credentials and licenses to ensure compliance with regulations
• Partner with Credentialing Leads for background checks and other tasks
• Support special projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in credentialing, compliance, or a similar role
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Collaborative and independent work style
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, macOS, Salesforce, or Slack (optional)
