Requirements

• Healthcare administrative experience required
• Experience with provider enrollment and/or credentialing preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Responsibilities

• Complete provider enrollment applications with commercial and government insurance carriers
• Maintain provider credentialing and recredentialing files
• Track application status and follow up with insurance companies
• Maintain accurate provider records and documentation
• Assist with provider updates, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and internal staff
