Credentialed Veterinary Technician - CVT or LVT - Chaska Valley Veterinary Clinic

About the role

Chaska Valley Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to support our 4 -Doctor team. Our Full-Time (FT) techs work 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during medical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform routine diagnostic tests
• Care for hospitalized patients
• Prepare and maintain medical records
• Provide patient care and education to clients

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology or related field
• Current certification as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
