POSITION SUMMARY

The Credential Processor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing academic credentials and related documentation submitted to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of applicant records while adhering to established policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions.
  • Review, scan, and upload documents to the candidate portal on behalf of the LSAC customer service team.
  • Opens/receives academic documents, reviews them for authenticity and scans them into the computer system.
  • Verifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic files.
  • Affords assistance as necessary with all aspects of the LLM Credential Assembly Service group’s work to meet company needs.
  • Works under supervision of the Manager of the LLM Credential Assembly Service, assisted by the coordinator.
  • Downloads electronic documents, reviews them for authenticity and legibility, and scans them into the computer system.
  • Verifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic files.
  • Edits, updates, changes and/or corrects any information related to applicant credentials.
  • Prepares and sends correspondence related to LLM CAS credential processing.
  • Affords assistance as necessary with all aspects of the LLM CAS group’s work to meet company needs.
  • Ensures that all client process and procedures have been implemented, understood, and followed.
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of all LLM Credential Assembly Service policies and procedures.
  • Ensures proper use of equipment and sensitive security information and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to attend required client-site training in Newtown, PA, for up to two weeks.
  • Basic understanding of laws and regulations regarding the EEOC and ADA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret computer-based records and apply sound judgment in evaluating information and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems in an independent work environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and other standard office productivity tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and perform effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while processing high volumes of information
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze computer files, and good judgmental skill
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude and demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with higher education admission procedures and concepts, such as transcript

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Sit Frequently at a desk
  • Frequent fine hand and finger movements (keyboard, writing, mouse movement)
  • Continual close visual acuity for reading
  • Hearing and Speaking for communication within and outside of company.
  • May be required to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds for set up/movement of office equipment
  • Mental Requirements – must be able to consistently:

WORK SCHEDULE

This is an onsite position requiring travel to the client site in Newtown, PA for training, up to two weeks. Additionally, this is a 6-month contract position.
