Creator & Partner Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2026 Start
Responsibilities
Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
Assist in analysing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred;
- Proficient in Excel, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis;
- Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care;
- Strong sense of responsibility, and effective in team communication and collaboration;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
