Creator Marketing Specialist, Channel Strategy and Activation

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As the Creator Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the creator affiliate program and execute affiliate retail media campaigns that drive enterprise and vendor objectives. You are a key collaborator and liaison to internal business partners and external creator partners and agency. You must be excellent at project management, organization, strong attention to detail, and be clear and consistent communicator. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">What you’ll do<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support affiliate and creator campaigns from E2E for a smaller-scale category, including campaign briefings, incentive management, budget pacing, content coordination, and performance optimization. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage a network of creators aligned with brand values and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and agencies.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage creator communications, including newsletters, promotional updates, and vetting creator program applications to drive program growth and engagement.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead data collection and reporting, using Impact creator tools to track performance and provide actionable insights. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor creator content and campaign activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and affiliate program T&Cs.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support workflows within Impact Platform, ensuring accurate tracking/feeds, reporting, and timely commission payments. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Basic qualifications<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">1-2 years related experience working directly with digital/influencer/affiliate marketing <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Preferred qualifications<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with Impact technology and or other affiliate SaaS platforms (Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Awin, etc.)<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
