About the role
You run the creator program end to end. You find real women creators whose audiences actually trust them, bring them in, write briefs they want to shoot, and keep the content shipping on schedule. You are the person the creators talk to, and the person who makes sure the calendar does not slip. Day to day that means sourcing and vetting creators across TikTok and Instagram, outreach and negotiation, onboarding, writing briefs, tracking deliverables, and reporting on what each creator actually returned.
Responsibilities
- Source and vet creators across TikTok and Instagram
- Handle outreach and negotiation with creators
- Onboard creators and write briefs they want to shoot
- Track deliverables and ensure content ships on schedule
- Report on the outcomes each creator delivers
Requirements
- Experience running a creator or influencer program, with measurable outcomes you were responsible for
- Ability to distinguish between creators with real audiences and those with bought audiences
- Comfortable chasing late deliverables without damaging relationships
- Strong written communication skills
- Several hours of overlap with Eastern Time and availability for one weekly call
Qualifications
You can point to real numbers and outcomes from a previous creator or influencer program you ran. You write well, as most of this job is written communication.
