About The Role

Acast is a trusted partner for major podcast publishers and producers, including Ted Audio Collective, Slate, The Athletic, Giggly Squad, The Comment Section with Drew Afualo, The Lonely Island, and Seth Meyers. We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced Creator Manager to support our most prestigious creators in their long-term growth.

• Support high-level shows with revenue and audience growth strategies.
• Develop bespoke strategies for audience growth, content ideation, product adoption, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and creative brand partnerships teams.
• Ensure sales teams have all necessary information to monetize creators' shows.
• Maintain internal tracking documents as needed.
• Liaise and consult with other internal teams, such as product, legal, communications.
• Support branded content sales initiatives.
• Create and present regular partnership review meetings with creators.

Who You Are

• Commercially-minded with a good understanding of content, audience growth, and the media landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player who is collaborative, creative, highly motivated, and self-started.
• Experience working directly with talent, creators, and agents is ideal.
• Previous experience in creator or branded partnerships, production, journalism, digital media, marketing is a plus.
• Tech-savvy is a plus.
• Passionate about podcasting!

Location

This role can be based out of either our NYC office or LA remote.
