Creator Content Coach

Company: Petra Brands Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Time Commitment: 3-5 hours/week Role Overview Petra Brands is seeking an experienced Creator Content Coach to support and level up our growing network of creators across TikTok and social commerce platforms. This is a targeted, project-based role designed to help creators optimize their short-form video strategy, improve content performance, and drive higher engagement and conversions. You will serve as a direct mentor to our creator community, providing hands-on guidance through live coaching sessions and ongoing community support inside our Discord. Key Responsibilities Live Creator CoachingLead two 1-hour group coaching sessions per week for Petra Brands' creator communityTeach actionable strategies on hook creation, storytelling, video pacing, trend leverage, and call-to-action (CTA) placement tailored for TikTok and social commerceConduct live teardowns, audits, and Q&A to help creators optimize their draft or published videos Discord Community Mentorship & SupportMaintain an active presence in our TikTok Creator Discord serverAnswer creator questions, provide constructive video feedback, and troubleshoot creative blocks between live callsShare weekly tips, trending audio/formats, and best practices to keep the community engaged and motivated Qualifications & Experience Proven track record as a content creator, TikTok strategist, or influencer content coach with a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video contentDeep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, algorithm, and social commerce trendsExperience delivering constructive video feedback and leading group coaching or workshop sessionsStrong communication skills and an engaging, supportive teaching styleFamiliarity with Discord and community management best practices What Success Looks Like Higher average view counts, engagement, and conversion rates across participating creators' contentIncreased creator confidence and participation in Petra Brands' campaigns and seeding programsAn active, value-driven Discord community where creators feel supported in growing their craft
